Our 5 - STEP  Exterior Prep, Paint & Stain Service:

Our Goal is to give your home exterior an incredibly new, clean and professional look for years to come.

STEP 1) We begin with a thorough pressure washing of all dirt, mold and mildew (including chemical wash if needed)

STEP 2) We then clean, scrape, and sand ALL painted surfaces, including all window trims, doors and molding.

STEP 3) We remove all necessary outdoor outlet covers, tape all trim, windows and doors around perimeter of project area.

STEP 4) (1) coat of primer will be applied to project surface area trim, walls, ceiling, doors etc.

                 (2) or more coats of paint depending on your selected paint type and color will be applied to project surface.

STEP 5)  Punch/Check out list for walk through to button up details. Last Clean-up and replace/install any fixtures to project.
